Members of We Are The Uninsured:

  • Cause a significant positive change in healthcare policy at the City, County, State, and Federal levels.
  • Gather our stories and provide venues and opportunities for them to be heard.
  • Raise awareness of the need for affordable health care.
  • Advocate for health coverage for all.
  • Participate in meetings of collaborating organizations.
  • Educate and empower the uninsured to develop strategies to promote change in health care policies at the City, County, State and Federal Levels
  • Educate and empower the uninsured of their potential to make a difference.
  • Encourage active members.

Meetings:

Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 6pm at Neighborhood Family Practice 3569 Ridge Rd., next to Dave's Supermarket. Dinner is provided.
